Ok, actually platform shoes has been here for decades. I’m not going to look up the entire history of this type of shoe. For now I know (and from my moms stories) they were literally a big time in the 70’s. With flared trousers women and men were walking like giants with these platforms. In my own childhood, in the 90’s, I created a weird love for silver metallic platform shoes in the 90s that looked more like space shoes – what was I thinking? But hey, platform shoes has always been here and this year I go for it again with the highest I’ve ever owned. Yes, we’ve seen this style of shoes already at Stella, but luckily I got my hands on these ones from H&M – making every outfit a bit more spacey, right?
