Oh yes! Last week it was finally time to get my cast off that’s been on my leg for the last 6 week and now it’s finally time to work on my recovery. Still, I have a long way to go because I still can’t bend my knee and I need to learn walking again. So strange that a simple fall resulted into something so big. But no time to look back because there’s so much to look forward to, right?! To celebrate this amazing moment and to treat myself a bit I went for a new pair of…sneakers! As you may know, I’ve been a quite lover of Maruti shoes and I couldn’t resist these pony-hair kicks that reminded me a bit of the (more expensive) Marant ones. Being able to wear clothes I want, putting on shoes that are comfortable and feeling normal again has become such a big thing for me. Finally back on track and hopefully I can leave those ‘bad days’ behind and take all the things I learned along the road to something bigger and better! Are you with me on this?
