Presenting you just a casual ensemble while paying a visit to Liberty Island to check out the Miss Statue of Liberty. One of those super touristic sightseeing things you just need to do once when you’re in New York. I’m always in doubt while doing these things because the last thing I want is acting like a tourist – while in the end I’m the one walking around with two camera’s and a selfiestick #fail. But in the end Liberty Island is a cool way to check out Manhattan from a different kind of view and enjoy the view from the water. I’m still finding myself in a pile of hundreds and hundreds of photo’s and video’s which makes it so hard to make a selection for travel posts. Oh by the way…during this trip I finally had the possibility of bringing a small camera – the Olympus PEN E-PL7 – with me (besides my DSLR) and I can truly say I’m hooked. Besides shooting everything around me 24/7 I also started to capture moments on video. I can’t wait to share with you cool video’s of this trip in a new way I personally never have done before. Getting personal is the key!
