The month May, already one of my favorite months of this year. A month that includes a lot of travelling, celebrating my 5th anniversary of Just Like Sushi, and hopefully a introduction into summer weather. Three out of 4 weeks I’m packing for short trips to cities in my own country, but next week I’m heading to Barcelona for a well deserved vacation with my loved ones. It will be our third trip to the lovely city and I just can’t get enough of the relaxed atmosphere of it – counting the days!
