The last few days I’ve cried, been frustrated and wished I didn’t end up in the current situation I’m in right now – read more about it here + my leg needs to be in plaster for the next 6 weeks (!!). But hey, things happen, I need to deal with it and just stay positive. Life always has it ups and downs and through the years I learned to always see the positive side of things. Because I know ‘staying positive’ is always a things that keep us going I wanted to share with you a few tips to start the weekend + new week with!
See the positive side of negative situations
Sometimes things happen for a reason and we get challenged in life. When life isn’t going as I want I always try to find the positive viewpoint of that situation and deal with it. Like right now, I’m stuck at home with my leg in plaster and I could get extremely frustrated about it. Yes, for a split of a second I was but directly I found a positive side of it. This all makes me to take life a little bit slower, it makes me less impatient and appreciate the simple things in life. Just going outside becomes a treat for me.
Surround yourself with positive peopleYour life is always filled with different kind of people – super positive and super negative ones. Sometimes some less positive people can sneak into your life without knowing it. Several times I experienced some negative people arround me and immediately I want to remove those people from my daily life. Best action ever! People come and go in your life and it’s not good to hold on to a negative and unhealthy relationship
Spread positivity
What you give is what you get. So always be in peace with yourself and share you positive vibes with others. It’s the best remedy for negative people and world. Help people because you just want to, listen to people because you’re interested and just SMILE!
