The last few weeks my bedroom felt like camping in my own house with wallpaper ripped from the wall, no ceiling and sheets as curtains. Not something I hoped for, but sometimes things are needed for a better cause – like the bedroom make over I’ve been dreaming of. As you could see here I already made a list of things I would love to shop for this room. Not knowing it would take so long to get everything ready – and it’s still not 100% finished. Luckily I’m only a few steps way of finalizing my bedroom and where I can sleep like Cinderella. For all these last bits I love to browse around Pinterest for much-needed inspiration.

I like to have a mix of a minimal touch with aspects that gives more life into the room. Of course it needs to have that calming vibe to find your rest and I’m looking forward to bring some greens into the room.
