Yes! Earlier this month I was asked by the founder of Jogha, Aranka (also founder of FitGirlCode), to be part of a very special shoot (Aranka and I go way back when I was interning at Fashiolista three years ago). More than a year she’s been working on a new sportswear brand and now that the launch is coming closer she asked health and fashion bloggers to be part of a cool shoot.
Actually it was a bit ‘strange’ for me to be surrounded by all the super fit ladies while the last few weeks I haven’t done a lot when it comes to exercising. But on the other side it was so inspiring to be part of this with ladies who just ran a marathon in New York (GO Annemerel!) or are prepping to become a fitness model(GO Anne!). I knew I had to change something and needed to start working on my body as soon as possible. As you may have noticed, I have been struggling with my health lately and I was looking for the perfect way to get fitter. And yes, I finally found it! During the Jogha shoot I got interested in Crossfit and luckily I found out they started new trainings in my hometown. This week I finished my 3 first trainings and I’m hooked – fitgirl in the making!
